This is the reason why I fell into the ecosystem of Apple.

I use them to organise and manage my to-dos.

Before this post, I have tried to establish my workflow over and over again. But every time ended with dropping it. I gradually begun to consciously summarize patterns. The biggest problem is the difficult rules I should follow. It’s hard for me to memorise all the rules, and not everything happens in order. Sometimes an accident interruptting my schedule will destroy the whole workflow. So I get to know that, the easier, the better.
